Having served as trust protector on behalf of a number of familes over the years, I am only too well aware that internal conflicts can arise amongst the various parties.  Under such circumstances, it is important that differences are resolved swiftly, affordably and discretely.  Unfortunately, judicial proceedings often lead to a protracted, costly and somewhat public outcome.  Alternative dispute resolution can serve as a more effective solution if properly structured.

ITAO specialises in the promotion of trust ADR, particularly with respect to the laws of leading Commonwealth jurisdictions.  Its Council is fortunate to have privileged access to some of the field's leading authorities in the Commonwealth.
